Just a quick announcement from HMGS-South Chapter of a very special guest at this year's Hurricon Gaming Convention:
HMGS-South is pleased to announce that well known rules author Manny Granillo will be attending Hurricon, 26-28 September, and running scenarios of his latest effort Panzer Korps. Panzer Korps is specifically designed to fight divisional level WWII games. Please see us at hmgs-south.com and click on the HURRICON tab. See you there!
Born and raised in Oakland, California, Mr. Granillo has been wargaming since the late 70's. Board games, roleplaying games and miniatures games have been his passion. For the last 20 years, Mr. Granillo has developed a series of miniatures wargames rules for a variety of periods. Beginning with Ridiculous Vanity covering the Age of Louis XIV, his design efforts have covered other rules sets such as: Corps Command (Napoleonic wars), Eagles Prey (19th Century North American wars), Line of Battle (Fleet Action Rules for the Age of Nelson), and most recently Panzer Korps (Divisional Level WWII rules).
Professionally, for over 20 years, Mr. Granillo has been a software engineer/Executive Producer specializing in Video and computer games. With over 75 titles to his credit on platforms such as the Atari IIGS, Nintendo DS, XBOX, Playstation 1, PC, Playstation II, SEGA Genesis and Macintosh, his focus has always been design, development and content management.
Should be an Awesome gaming convention again. Please plan to attend.
