Other than the ubiquitous SdKfz 11, what could I use for a tractor for some spare Pak 40s I've got building up? I'm hoping there is something truck-like that could be appropriate.

I think those two were capable.

I know the Germans used the following for tow vehicles:

1) RSO
2) Opel Blitz Truck

also (with turrets removed)

3) PZKW 38t
4) captured Russian T-26
