GEN14 models the Z1934 class of 4 ships (Z.1 through Z.4), as you describe. The subsequent Z1934a class of 12 ships (Z.5 through Z.16) are almost identical.

GEN3 models the Z1936 class of 6 ships (Z.17 through Z.22), not the Z1934a class. Karl Galster is Z.20. Although similar in layout to the Z1934 and Z1934a classes, they were about 12 feet longer.

With only two packs of GEN14, you don't really have extras. There is no specific model for the Z1934a class, but GEN14 is close enough for practical purposes. With three more packs you would be one short of modeling all of Z.1 through Z.16. With four more packs, you would have two extras.
