Just a quick addendum. I had not noticed that GHQ's Ford-class aircraft carrier included F-35C and FA-18E aircraft. I am leaving these in the listing for post-Cold War USN aircraft because there could be a separate item (for use on Nimitz-class carriers for example.)

USNS Red Cloud exists on shapeways under USNS Watson (not Gordon as I originally stated). The creator was nice enough to make it and a number of other modern/Cold War cargo ships when I asked. It is pricy and the stern isn't right, but it does exist if you really want a copy. Viking Forge's Algol is better and less expensive, though. Here is a picture of my copy of the Watson:

USNS Mercy is also a Viking Forge figure. A picture is on their site. There is a USNS Mercy on Shapeways, but it is more pricy and doesn't look as good, IMHO.

I am aware of other manufacturers but I’d like to see GHQ make them.

I had asked Shapeways about doing the Algol-class Fast Sealift Ships in 1:285 of all things. It turns out it is okay to print for width and height but not length. I asked if they could print it in two sections but before we got to price I realized I was not confident in being able to glue the sections together with the type of plastic they use. I find it too brittle. Would have been nice having my Brigade rolling off the ship! And they did say they could print in two sections.

Well I am going to try this again. The forum logged me out while I was working on this earlier. So see if I can make the cases again.

Please add my vote to the two above. The reasons are:

As my focus is on the USN Pacific Fleet from Pearl Harbor through the end of the Solomon Islands Campaign I am unlikely to purchase one but I think that the as-built CVA(N)-65 USS Enterprise is a no-brainer. Her and her crew wrote the book on the expanded / extended capabilities of the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier and forced opposing navies to re-think their ship designs and tactics. Also being one of only two ships, CGN-9 USS Long Beach being the other, to experiment with the new phased-array radar concept set a whole new bar to aircraft carrier design and capabilities. **When I remember what my other point was in my original post I will edit here.**

As far as the CC-1 USS Lexington-class battlecruisers I would probably purchase six models to cover the planned six vessels of the class. While I believe them unlikely to have made it to WW-II they would be a great class to what-if. If the Omaha's could make it to WW-II then why not the Lexingtons? Yes, I know, the Omaha's ended up more as Destroyer Squadron flagships but still they were active. And what would their presumed presence around the Solomon Islands have resulted during all of the major (and minor) engagements? And, as they were intended to eventually receive scout aircraft it would be fun to try and convert one or two. The class was felt to be comparatively rather narrow of beam especially toward the stern so maybe just a single catapult? I will have to see when they arrive. Since I have no idea what the internal layout is but the aft space does not immediately appear to allow a usable on deck hanger I could just declare that the hanger is below deck as on the Brooklyns. Now I really cannot wait for them to be released!!!!!!

I am late to this conversation, sorry.

Very pleased to see Horizon, FREMM, and Lafayette on the list.

I also like seeing Taiwan represented.

Would love to see some generic ships that could be used as pirates near Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.

Corvettes and frigates carefully dealing with drug runners and refugees could be very interesting. Games could even have a bunch of islands on the table making terrain more important than big, blue water missile engagements.

I have just noticed that GHQ's UKN59, CVL Colossus-class includes Barracudas. This is a much appreciated addition to the UK's fleet air arm inventory. We could still use Blackburn Skuas, Fairey Albacores, Fairey Fireflies, Fairey Fulmars, Gloster Sea Gladiators, and/or Hawker Sea Hurricanes (not for Colossus-class, but for earlier WWII British carrier types).

WWII: Updated Fletcher with the dual set of 40s replacing the forward tubes.
