Hey Everyone,
I just finished a new painting tutorial over at World War II Central. I thought I would share it as I'm hoping it will be useful. Take a look:

Here are a few other shots I took/edited for fun:

Very nice!
If I might make one nit-picky comment - it might be nice to have a pale demarcation line for the propeller spinner on those Bf-109's (and other planes with a spinner).

Thanks Greg,
I totally agree, and it's actually more pronounced on the other 109... but I decided not to try and fix it as I've learned to quit fiddling with my miniatures when I'm fairly happy with them. Otherwise I end up ruining them
Take care,
Tanner

Hey Tanner, your work is always astonishing and very clear. Though, what striked me most is the way you do your glass. Personally I don't like the blue colors you often see, but your black washed grey windows look just perfect in my eyes.
I painted them dark grey with a gloss varnish, but seeing your blackwash is just great. Will try that next time.
Thanks for showing! Patrick

Patrick, thanks for the kind words

I do like the black wash canopy as well, happy painting!
Cama, great work on your 109's... I must admit that I get very frustrated with hand painting decals so I cheat and go the easy route

You must have a lot of patience!
Take care,
Tanner
