Berthier

I was on the Seekreig site and saw a reference for Berthier. I downloaded it and I'm fastinated by the possibilities of being able to move on the computer until units come in sight of each other.
I got this to owrk for Naval (Since there isn't any terrain) but I'm not able to get this to work with Land maps. I set movement values and Orders of battle but it is still clumsy and not working well at all.
Has anyone else worked with this or know of a better program?
