Can anyone recomend a good set of wargame rules for 1970-2010 era naval engagements

The only one I am familiar with is Larry Bond's Harpoon. Used to be published under GDW, not sure who has the rights at the moment, however.

I've been using Harpoon for over 20yrs and wouldn't use anything else.
