Help with finding this paint. Someone Please?

Hello

I want to find the maker or where i can buy this paint. I dont have a picture of the bottle. There is a eagle on it its cover. Its acrylic paint. It comes in vallejo type 17ml bottles, but for the life of me i can not find or remember where i bought it.

Any suggetions or ideas?

Is this the eagle you're talking about?

If so the its Poly Scale paint by Floquil. I love the stuff! (I realize its not the same bottle as what you're talking about)

No i should have been more clear, the picture is a bald eagle just his head. on a blue background. So, i hope this helps more thanks for the info though.
