Thanks for the heads up! I'd seen the German language version of this earlier but thought it a bit expensive for something I can't read, but this seems to be a fully edited English language version (improved from the first), and cheaper! Well, I got it for $70 new inc shipping from the UK... it'd cost me $150 from Amazon in the US. (That's Aus dollars)

Yeah, Aus dollar is at around parity with the US dollar as well, but I'm assuming you're in Canada. I have to also pay for shipping from the UK to Australia. If I take the roughly $12 off the $70 I paid I get... $58. Amazon in the US had a list price of around $125 before shipping. Go figure.

It seems that Amazon prices are lower outside US. I bought this book from Amazon Italy at 38,52 Euros (a bit more than 50 US$) with free shipping.

A very fine and interesting book.

I add that the full price was 42 euros and there was a 10% discount. On Aamzon USA the book is today quoted 126,82 US $, about 2,5 times.
