Is there a good site for modern NATO TO&E?

There are a couple of members of this forum that have really good information. First there is a Yahoo Group for TO&E information maintained by one of our very own so do a search there. Second, if you Google Micro Mark - not the tool company - you should come across a bunch of products offered by another member of this group. I have purchased several of the Micro Mark products, in .pdf format, for modern German forces and really like them. Haven't bought any lately so I don't know current prices or format availability.
Sorry I don't have specific addresses but that should get you going in the right direction.

I've used globalsecurity.org and there is also the Federation of American Scientists website as well. I don't have that web address since the hard drive it was on has sadly died. But I'm sure you can do a search for it. Unfortunately, they can sometimes be too current for historical modelling. In between visits I've had company or battalion TO&E's change on me! I'm modelling the mid 80's but you can still find some threads there showing the changes. The other problem I ran into is finding the TO&E's for artillery. The full battery and battalion TO&E's aren't found on either.
They do a decent job of covering actual vehicle and weapon systems as well. Including one's that are no longer in the inventory.

I heartily recommend Pat's OOBs (at the link). They were developed through extensive discussions with several officers who served in the various formations in that timeframe (on both sides of the iron curtain) and a few well regarded military historians over a period of several months over on the TankNet forums.
Good stuff.

Thanks for the endorsement of the NATO OOB project. Its always a work in progress, and I'd welcome any new information that might add to it. I'm currently re-working several smaller sections (such as US special operations forces and US Naval Aviation), but I've had no real luck getting anything more substantial on Greece and Turkey. I'm certain I'm missing a number of units for both, and the TO&E information is fairly sparse.

Thanks for the headsup of the MicroMark lists. They are available on the Wargames Vault as downloadable pdfs, or contact me direct off-forum for catalogues and updates.
New releases due include more WW2 British, modern Chinese, War of 1812 US Militias, and who knows what else. Just uploaded the 2300th list today, I estimate I have enough info collected to do another 2500 more..... If I had enough time
