Thank you very much for the new specials. I have been very happy to take advantage of the offer. I was curious about the frequency in which the specials are changed. The last round, offerings of French equipment was on the Specials Page for two months. I saw the explanation regarding the use of discounts, and I appreciate that. It is always nice to have a better understanding into the decision-making process.

I for one check the specials every time I log into the site. I consider myself a serious buyer and rarely do I pass an opportunity to add to my collection. I think that a more regular frequency of specials would be in everyoneâ€™s interest. I am not asking GHQ to re-write company policy, but if there is a way to increase frequency in changing specials, I think that that would be beneficial. I would think that two to three weeks would be a good time frame for changing the offers. However, I will leave business decisions to GHQ, who overall are doing a great job.

Thanks for the feedback. In general we like to change the website specials about every 3 weeks. It's a hard situation to be in because some people say that they would like to see them change more frequently, and others get mad because we change them "right before I was going to place an order". That's why we say that if you see something that you want, ACT NOW, because they won't be there for long. During a sale we are not likely to change them.
