As this was used as an ATG prime mover I'd guess it was at least a 4x6 or possibly a 6x6. I'd doubt it was only a 2x6 but I've been surprised before. Anyone know? The internet isn't yielding up clear answer on this.

It was a 6x4, that is 4 traction wheels (the two rear axles) in all its version, mainly aa personnel transportation (Kfz 70) and as ATG tractor (Kfz 69)
