GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

It is often taken for granted the outstanding customer service you get from GHQ. I placed an order from an overseas company and only recieved half of what was ordered. After 3 weeks and many E-mails later the problem is still not resolved. ANY time I ever had a problem with GHQ they QUICKLY fixed the issue no qustions asked. Thanks GHQ for the effort you put forth in all the things you do.

Agreed. Was stunned one day... called the GHQ office with an order Thursday am (NZ time), as it's nice to actually talk to somone. Delivered the following Monday - across the Pacific. Another package never arrived. After a couple of months I sent an email explaining that it was very strange as there had never been an issue with postal delivery before. No questions, no fuss, two weeks later my order arrived.

GHQ were my first international online purchase, and I wonder whether I've be spoiled to expect this from everyone else!
