Examples for Terrain Types in MATG and MicroSquad

Post by Ragnar65 »

Hi guys,

the TEC mentions Rough Terrain One - Three. Could anyone please give me some examples for these Terrain Types?

Thank you.

That is a tough one.
Rough Terrain One...could be a plowed field or something that is cross country.
RT2- could be a field with rocks, which could hinder movement for sure.
RT3- not sure... :?

Oh, seems that there is nothing particular in GHQ´s mind when talking about one of the three Rough Terrain types? Then it´s up to the players to fix which terrein belongs to which terrain?
@dougeagle: thank you for the short notice.

Per the modern rule booklet:
RT 1 = tall grass, scrub, or any uneven ground provinding cover no more than waist high.

RT2 = uneven ground, rocks, scrub or light rubble

RT 3 = heavy undergrowth boulders or heavy rubble
