Ok, Chris. How many 58-tank M1 battalions can you form up on your table? 14 tanks per company, 4 companies per battalion, plus 2 in HQ. Take a week or two if you must.

LOL, lol, haha…. That’s great idea. You have a great sense of humor.
If I was to do this, there would be different camo, many different camo schemes. Some camo might only be for a company (14).
It will not be as many as I wanted, 2 months ago I was trying to buy about a 100+, but we could not come together.
Just so you know, I am unable to count above 330 Abrams, an armored division’s worth. Beyond that, not sure I will reveal aggregate values, need to guard the intel.
I am working on Bulgariadom, have 2 more BMP-23 to paint before Bulgariadom Army can deploy them. I was hoping to have a few more BMP-30 to allocate.

Aw, c'mom. Is that because you can't COUNT above 330? You needn't worry about camo consistency. Maybe just try to keep the tank types sorted properly. If you would organize your stuff in battalions, it would make for an easier inventory. And you would know what you had on the table and in reserve. It might be more important, I suppose, if the gaming would resume in earnest, but you should prepare for that.

And there is always insurance purposes...

Your work never ceases to amaze me Bill! That's fantastic! How big is the firebase? Is the air strip on the same terrain board as the artillery positions? It looks pretty spectacular!

The board is just a small portion of a table that I built about 20 years ago for a Da Nang game I ran at HMGS South Recon. It is I guess around 14.5" wide by 4'.

Excellent work on the Vietnam pieces, Bill! That is a really neat vignette. The massed aircraft also look really cool as well.

Chris, the dark shadow of the CofC knows no bounds, keep up the expansion. Love the dozers!

David. great Scud unit you have there. There is something very satisfying of seeing the supporting equipment that is always needed to give the teeth their bite!

Bill, out of this World mate! Many, many, many hours put to good use.
I have a connection with the beautiful (in the eyes of some) Caribou, one of my all time favorite aircraft.

Have 3 Crash Fire Vehicles (CFV), one is 3-D and 2 are GHQ manufactured.

The Hueys at front bottom might be recognizable, as a special operation team snuck in to a base, flew them out.

Awesome stuff Bill!

Glad to see this thread is still moving along nicely and to see everyone's work.

Is it me or did the forums take a direct hit? hehe
