I love it. We don't get enough infantry on here.

Kitbash, ADATS M113 hull (using ADATS missile elsewhere) paired with VBCI turret (use hulls for Patria AMV hull).

Chris, which army is the kitbash for? I like the look of that turret with that hull.

Guroburov,
Using Aussie camo for the Commonwealth of Chrisdom. I only have 3 these in this configuration currently. Glad you like it.

I'm never gonna game with these, so I'm just making little dioramas. Gonna need to tinker with the light and focus a bit.

Redleg please describe your basing methodology. They look like pennies and, if so, waaaaay better than my pennies!! I’m very crude with my infantry basing abs need to improve.

Great stuff as usual!!

Hey Burt! Yes, I use pennies for my infantry and I just slap some white pumice on them and then stick the boys right down into it. Once it dries they're good to go!

After they dry I paint the pumice brown and then dry brush some tan on top and them paint the dudes.

They don't look all that great up close, but from a distance (like on the gaming table) they work. I'll get some pics of the white pumice and maybe take a couple of a batch of infantry when I get home tonight.

I don't have any pics of the grunts at the moment, but here is a pic of the pumice I use. I used to be able to pick it up at the local gaming store with the other Vallejo paints, but lately it has been hard to come by. I ordered this tub online. There is also a white pumice - same thing just different color.

Thanks Red! I first tried cyanoacrylate glue for the pennies and that didn’t work too well, then switch to gorilla glue for mounting the individual soldiers. But then I found it very hard to flock the base around the tiny figures. My stands are mediocre. Yours look great in the pictures, I’d like to see them close up.
