Was able to complete my first pass at internally lighting my napalm explosions. There are more pics HERE if interested.

I guess there was some shooting in a rat hole that was holding tons of ammo.

Test failed.

hehe Some random explosion! I need to build the other 4 cages/domes now and string it together to see what it looks like.

Pete, GI, thank you. Glad you enjoy. My wife has learned how to find me in the bunker even when hiding.

Looking great PolishGI, Vietnam isn't Vietnam without napalm strikes!

Just some Amphibs I painted up recently... tied pin washing with minor success but not as crisp as the pros on this forum! Still practicing!

There is some very nice work going on here to be sure!

Polish GI, I am really amazed at your Vietnam layout and models. I like the ACav 113s you did as well as the Vietnam infantry. I really like the skin tone color on the Black GI throwing the grenade. I did some experimenting with skin tones about 10 years ago when I painted the MWRAP Command for GHQ. The Command came with about 40 to 50 soldiers as well as the vehicles so I did some of them in various darker shades than the standard flesh color. Yours look great!

Chrisswim, You definitely have the largest painted army on the block. If someone else has more, I don't know who it is. I loved the convoy pictures and other vignettes you showed a while back.

Burt, You did an excellent job on the amphibious LVTs. The shading and subtle highlighting looks great!

Thank you Pete. It is fun pushing yourself to try and get better with each round. There is enough inspiration here on these forums to keep you going. I just try to constantly push forward.

Chris, you must have the record. Seeing the bunker, you have the digs for everything. I cant imagine taking an inventory count of everything to see what the final number is!

GI
I don’t inventory.... I am missing a box of 330 +/- old GHQ production of N34 M1 Abrams with think barrels. I need to find that division. As the Russians used to have an Independent Tank Battalion with 51/52 T-80 to exploit the breakthrough. This is my Independent Tank Division to exploit a breakthrough.
