I think the DS battalions had an M88, too.

Finished a few squads of Americanos. Tried a new technique to bring out some details with black outlines…

Wow those troops are out of this World! Kudos.

Mike you have too much artillery, you need to down size, reduce to a single calibre, less training, cut HIMARS plans to save money etc etc.

You simply can NOT have too much artillery!

It's too easy to not have ENOUGH!

PILE IT ON!

How dare you!!! LOL There will be much more artillery to come. My long term plan is to take out a second on the house to finance an artillery division! Don't tell my wife!

rhabstclair, your infantry looks fantastic! Keep the pics coming!

Great to see everyone's stuff here.

Chris - that is an interesting conversion for the HumVee mortar carrier.

Redleg - Excellent work on that artillery battalion! Something you don't typically see on the game table but the effects are definitely tremendous.

rhabstclair - Amazing detail work on that infantry. Well done!

I look forward to seeing more here. Thanks!

One of the three Mack EXBX tank transporters that I've just finished. Painted up as vehicles of the BEF in France 1940.

Technically not my stuff but I did paint it - a US Airborne Battalion. More Photos in my Gazza Stuff thread.

That infantry looks great, Gazza! It is nice to see the guys close up and you have brought out the details very well.

Some entertaining photos of my afternoon project. The wife was out all day so I decided that I needed to do a full 100% inventory of my micro armor (just the 1/285 stuff - no 1/600 scale aircraft or 1/2400 scale ships). I always thought I was organized, but once I dragged everything out I realized that I had a lot of unassigned or unpainted stuff. According to Joint Task Force - Pope regulations, once a piece is painted, it must be entered in the inventory spreadsheet and then it joins a specific unit in a box. I have my 3 boxes, but then I have a bunch of tank transporter boxed and some plastic bins and a cardboard box, etc.

I occupied the kitchen by force. The Kill Box went on the stove, the Cavalry Box on the counter next to it, and the DD-214 Box on the counter across the way and then all the extra stuff just littered the open counter spaces.

Much of the inventory process was just validating the units, like these. Too easy.

But then I had to sort through all of this.

I'm still sorting through the rando box (thanks for the box designation, Hoth!) and cataloging all the random stuff I have. I have already discovered that I have enough M1A2s to form a 44-tank battalion! I should probably do this once a year, just out of principle. Inventory control is no joke - and I know for a fact that my collection is a drop in the bucket compared to some (thinking specifically of you, Chris).
