Few things I’ve did a few years ago
Working on the load.
Try to lift the turret off the M-41, well pretend, it’s imagination.

Re: Show us yer stuff!
My intent with this diorama was to make a display that shows various obstacles, at various stages of being breached. Going from the leading edge of the obstacles back is a anti-tank ditch cut into a slope. This is followed by a regular anti-tank ditch (which in hindsight should have been wider). Immediately following the anti-tank ditch is a berm made from the spoils that came out of the anti-tank ditch. On the far side of the berm is a minefield (the depth of the minefield is not to scale but represents the presence of a mine field). Last is the triple strand concertina wire obstacle. Again, these obstacles are representative of the types of obstacles that might be encountered and not necessarily how they would be implemented in the real world.
As for the stages of the obstacles being reduced going from left (desert) to right (grassland with brush) there is a lane at the point of having a mine plow go through to proof the lane after the MCLC (Mine Clearing Line Charge) has been detonated (represented by black scorch marks on the ground). On this lane the anti-tank ditches and berm have been breached by earthmoving equipment and the MCLC has also cut the triple strand concertina wire. In the second lane also in the desert only the first anti-tank ditch has been breached. The third lane is in the grassland and the first anti-tank ditch and berm have been breached with earth moving equipment. The second anti-tank ditch will be breached by combat gap crossing equipment (in the photo with micro armor you will see an M104 “Wolverine” performing this task). In the fourth lane you see a completed lane with orange cones marking the lefthand rail. I did not do the full lane marking with “final approach marker”, entry, and exit funnels because the diorama was not long enough to show a full lane with markings at scale.

Re: Show us yer stuff!
So while I get my Soviet tank regiment sorted, I thought I'd whip up a terrain piece using a Settlers of Catan game insert...

Mark that looks like a great base for a refinery or laboratory complex. Good luck with the terrain.
To all who commented on my diorama post thanks for the comments. I look forward to seeing everyone else's work as it gets posted.

Your green side reminds me of an obstacle breach in a certain valley in Hohenfels, although the dirt was redder an a lot wetter.

Re: Show us yer stuff!
Dug out my box of Americans for Cold War. All acquired off Ebay, flea markets, etc. It needs to all get organized, based and sorted, so my Soviets have someone to fight....
This isn't all of it, there's another box in the storage locker somewhere. And yes, i know, I need a LOT more infantry!
