Wrong tank in pack

Post by paul »

Can anyone tell me what GHQ's policy is about a wrong tank in the pack? I primed some Leopard IIA6's and noticed one of the hulls was not the same as the others. Not sure what hull it is but it has a telephone box on the back and looks like an arm system in the front. Wanted to see if they would replace the hull or if I need to buy a new one.

Send them a message with a picture and they will get back to you. I've never had a problem with GHQ's customer service. They are great! :D

I had a Bradly that had slag over some of the detail. I sent them a picture of the vehicle with the condition shown clearly and a copy of my receipt. They had a new one out to me in no time with no charge. Being new to purchasing things from them, I have found there customer service better than 99% of the companies out there.

I ordered a pack of Landrover 110's and got said pack, properly marked, with 5 hummers in the blisters. Completely miss-marked. I should have told them, even just as a heads up, but didn't. I'm a bit too nice to complain like that when it's coming to Australia. In all my years of buying GHQ, I've had that happen once.

I agree completely, their customer service is top notch. I ordered a helicopter which arrived with a completely malformed tail boom. I thought I was missing a piece. I sent them an email and they sent a new fuselage. I don't think I even thought about providing them a picture. Let them know what happened and they'll make it right.

Paul,
You have been given an M1A2 TUSK hull, what a free bonus. How lucky, I will trade with you for your favorite M2. Or you can put an M1A2/A1 turret on it and go.....

It used to be that on the package it was a 100% guarantee. In any case they have always honored that and more...gotta love these guys!

Can anyone tell me what GHQ's policy is about missing parts? Two weeks ago I received my order. In it one package of RMN12 Trento is missing the turret sprue making the ship unarmed. The kit did include an extra aircraft sprue but that isn't much help.

I've emailed them three times over the course of the fortnight but I haven't gotten a reply from GHQ

Have to chime in here with the rest.

GHQ has FANTASTIC customer service.

If there is ANY issue they will bend over backwards to make it right!

Why, in my day, we didn't have counters. We had to paint the unit values onto little rocks. maps?! Hah! We had no paper maps! We put our rocks in the dirt. It sucked when it rained, but we soldiered on!!! Don't get me started on dice...

Only had 3 packs that had problems.

1 Tiger Helicopter had 2 L/H weapon struts.
GHQ shipped replacement straight away.

2 Bushmaster pack, had one hull of a WW2 Lee/Grant type tank.
GHQ shipped a new hull straight away.

3 M1A2 TUSK pack, contained 5 complete models instead of the 4 as advertised.
GHQ have not asked for the extra one back! I may have forgotten to tell them.

Not a bad track record for many, many small parts over 30 years or so and always put right.
