Anyone think that it would be worth splitting this forum into Modern, WWII & Ships?

This discussion has come up before and the consensus in the past has been to keep things as they are. That's not to say it isn't worth taking the pulse of the community again but ultimately GHQ gets the final say. If we're voting, my vote is for status quo. Personally I like the opportunity to see at a glance what other genres are talking about, I learn a lot that way.

If there were dozens of posts every day then this might be useful, but as we are lucky to get six a day I personally would rather keep them together so that there is a reasonable amount of traffic. There is nothing sadder than a forum with a sign saying "Most Recent Post" and a date three months ago.

Couldn't agree more. If the message and thread traffic was much higher, then I'd be all for splitting things up, but as it stands, if you check in every day or so, you're never overwhelmed.
