I'm having trouble finding good painting guides for Micronaughts (I'm Army, ships are funny).
I would prefer to use Vallejo as I use that for everything else but need to know which colors (without mixing) to use on each nation's ships.
WWII is the priority, modern would be nice if it's out there. Any ideas where to look?

This is one of the best conversion charts I've found. If you know the color, you can reference which Vallejo color you'll need.

USN ships for WW2 are fairly easy - about a dozen different colours, many of which are available in multiple product lines. When you get into the Royal Navy, they used over 30 different colours, few of which are easily available. Move on into the Japanese, German or Italian fleets and the problems multiply.
White Ensign Models has a lot of good information on paint schemes for a wide variety of ships. There are good guides in book or booklet form out for the USN and Royal Navy (google warship camouflage) and a couple really good books on the Kriegsmarine (the second about to be published).
The widest range of colours is provided by White Ensign, though they have been scaling back, and you now have to go through the U.S. distributor (e.g. the Regia Marina colours have been dropped). Warning: those are enamels, not acrylics, and sometimes a real pain to work with.

For the Regia Marina camouflage there is an excellent bok:
La mimetizzazione delle navi italiane 1940-1945, by Erminio Bagnasco & Maurizio Brescia, Ermanno Albertelli Editore, 2006, € 60
It is really complete and contains 230 photographs and more than 650 colour porofiles.
Unfortumately it is difficult to find as isout ofprint.
