Hmmm... Just under $40 for a CVN. It might be time for froggy to jump. Have to check the internet to see what "deals" may still be out there.

We know that no one is ever happy when prices go up on anything. For the record over 70% of the 2003 items on our website went up exactly 20%. The larger ships haven't had any price increase in over 20 years, so those went up more. The HUS-4 which is now $39.95 was $29.95 in 1992. If you put $29.95 in 1992 into the US government CPI Calculator it comes in at $50.76, and now we are charging $39.95. Obviously it's up to everyone to make their decisions about how they want to spend their money. We appreciate all of our customers, and hope that all of you can understand the necessity of the price increase. Some items didn't go up in price at all.

No one is happy about inflation, but compare foregworld primark models went way up something in the hood of 16 pounds or about 26.50 usd so the one mini is now about $121.00 not counting shipping to usa international charges etc so 19.95 for the kaga is a real steal also the details are better hands dowm on the ghq, so I am not in the least bit concerned about this increase if you want sticker shock try my medications at wal-mart discount rates I am paying around $120.00 with out diabetic testing supplys also check the prices at mcdonalds there roast possum has gone up and they still leave the fur on it

GHQ produces highly accurate and detailed miniatures for a reasonable price. Think about it: where else can you get (5) super-detailed tanks/vehicles for $11.95? That is only $2.39 per vehicle for a model that is better than a 1/72, 1/76, 1/87 scale model.
I compare the ships to 1/1250 scale ships (which I used to collect). For less than $20 you get an accurate aircraft carrier w/appropriate aircraft. In 1/1250 this same set would run you upwards of $150. The 1250's are assembled and painted you may say, but the Micronauts are easy to assemble and the 1250's are generally just given an overall coat of gray (which is easy to do). My GHQ 1/2400 carriers look better than many of the 1/1250 scale models when completed.
GHQ provides us with a continual stream of new highly detailed models, has all models available at all times and has tremendous customer service. If it costs 20% or so more to maintain this, then so be it - I will happily pay it. Fortunately GHQ gave us plenty of warning which allowed me to stock up heavily over the past hew weeks.
