So far the ban is currently being evaluated by the UIN. Despite the fact that New Canada is getting Special Forces. The original purpose of this ban is to rob of Al-Kabab and any other militant groups of this tactic.

The UIN is not considering a ban on anything.

The UIN, Sub-Committee on Military Warfare
Motion yo prohibit Asymmetrical warfare, special forces, clandestine operation, covert operations of any kind, type, process, and/procedure.
...........
Someone was wanting to speak on the issue.... the Chairwoman from Ireland said, do not speak on the issue, is there a second on this motion....? No one spoke. Asked again if any one wished to ‘second’ the proposal? No reply.
The motion dies without a second.
. The next topic on the agenda is a military parade in New Zealand. First a report by Amb from N.Z...........

the New Canadian Ambassador will take the Swiss ambassadors offer, it might give us a chance to ease tensions with Karmanaskis.

Even though the motion to ban Asymmetrical warfare never went through, it would be very wise to monitor the activities of the special forces units, to ensure that they will not secretly engage in rebellious or Terrorist activity’s anywhere in the globe and within our home countries even if it means making all of their operations public knowledge, it’s for their own good.

Ohhhhhh........ okay.....!!!! Sure....
Chairman of the Military Affair subcommittee on Military Police, POWs, Medical care, and Logistics, is calling for order to discuss the New Canadian proposal to outlaw Special Forces operations and Asymmetrical Warfare. The NC Ambassador made the motion to outlaw SF operations and Asymmetrical Warfare. The Chairman waited for a 'second' to the motion for 2 minutes. No one spoke on the issue. It died without a member to second the motion. The sub-committee adjourned.

I did not say outlaw Special Forces but to have all the nations monitor the activities of their special forces with a high degree of suspicion, as the last thing any nation wants is for these special forces to start secretly plotting rebellion against their home governments or turning to the side of Al-Kabab terror groups, that is something I fear will happen, if these units are left unchecked, my own government is monitoring the activities of our own SF units while they are still being formed.

Mech - Seems to me YOU are the one who can't control his special forces. YOUR problem, not ours.

Several members of the Chairman of the Military Affairs subcommittee on Military Police, POWs, Medical care, and Logistics were having lunch talking shop and yesterday's meeting. One made comment, how about when we have another subcommittee meeting, make a proposal to ban New Canada from having special forces. Another Ambassador added, that will alleviate some pressure on their military leadership not having to have special forces to keep the their stupid politicians happy.... all laughed. Then got quiet as the New Canadian Ambassador came in to the UIN restaurant, The Royal Ambassador overlooking the Hudson River.
The ambassador from India added that the next meeting is scheduled for next week, although we could call a special meeting. Maybe we could add that the Canadians have to march to battle in 'ranks 4 files wide as a column' or 'in line'. So we'll take about it later. Perhaps even carry their rifle at shoulder arms until contact with the enemy.

UIN Resolution
Whereas, The Evil Empire has built up military forces in Libya, and
Whereas, The Evil Empire has attack a sovereign nation unprovoked, and
Whereas, working with other aggressive military groups have attacked another
. country, and
Whereas, The Evil Empire has large naval presence in the Mediterranean Sea causing fear among many nations, and
Whereas, the military aggressive nature of the Evil Empire will inflict significant loss or life, damage homes, kill civilians, economic chaos, so
Therefore Be it Resolved that the Evil Empire immediately withdraw all military forces from the territory of other nations, comply with the UIN charter and this resolution, to save lives.
.
Discussion is taking place in the General Assembly. All discussion is condemning the Evil Empire except for a few nations. Expect the resolution to pass with overwhelming majority. The Evil Empire will veto this resolution in the Executive Security Council meeting.

The Karma Republic of Kanada is calling for restraint by both sides and votes against the resolution.
A counter resolution of a 24 hour ceasefire on humanitarian grounds is being pushed and is receiving widespread support with the Mid East and African members.
