If the ROD will allow, New Canada will send a company of the Princess Patrica's light Infantry regiment to Grunt Week.

Will the NC infantry try to over take the base? If there is a disagreement, will NC infantry follow the protocol of ROD?
There might need to be an armored vehicle or two, security detail that includes MPs to monitor and observe the NC unit. May need extra security detail to guard the Arms Locker for NC.
.
Hopefully, their soldiers are ready for this, the story as reported on the news where the NCO almost shot the hand of a person training is scary.

No we are here to prove ourselves worthy though this competition, The NC army had worked hard to reform ourselves into a effective fighting force.

Two thoughts:
1. That may be where NC Army is an effective fighting force, in which case there is a high concern that were would not want unstable thinking/leadership with access with the arsenal available to them in close proximity to the rest of us.
2. The NC Army might not be near as effective as one thinks despite saying it.

Karmanaskis welcomes the invite from the ROD, the KDF will be happy to attend the two events at Grunt Week.
The rappel work and Heli operations are not a problem and are covered in most KDF Infantry units.
The only issue I see is with the para jump on the Friday. For this the KDF would only send jump qualified troops.
This is possible but the number of units to pick from is limited.

Repel work and Parachute jumping?
I have to add the Canadian Airborne Regiment along with the Patrica’s light infantry to this contest. They are the only unit I have that are trained for that.

But that’s up to the ROD to decide if they will allow us in this event.

We are very happy that there is so much interest in Grunt Week! NC is welcome to attend, and even to enter a squad in the competition, but the same rules apply to Grunt Week as to the Fighter Rodeo - if you deviate from the training plan or if you violate any safety protocols you will be ejected from the event.

For the participants (non-competitors) the specific events are not mandatory. We have the events set up so that resources are in place to facilitate the training, but if you want to skip an event and go observe the competition you are free to do so. And if you want to have a sidebar meeting with other grunts, or talk business with a salesman who set up during the static display day you can do that too. In fact, we can even do a one-week airborne course and qualify some non-airborne personnel. they just have to complete 5 jumps by the end of the week. The only grunts that must adhere to the timeline are the squads in the competition.

Remember - the NC Army can send one squad to compete, but you can bring up to 250 participant from whatever units you want. I've never heard mention of NC Marines, but if they exist you can send a second squad from that branch as well.

We don’t have Marines at all since NC does not have the facilities needed to train marines nor do we have the ships to operate marines from. Plus our Paratrooper regiment is from the Air Force branch.

What? NC is still coming? We assumed that after all your whining and moaning about the Global Fleet that you would keep away from events like this, where people from all over the world congregate and live in barracks together.

This is great news! For this event we are going to rename the billets assigned to NC as "Plague Barracks".
