Carrier TF 11 is ‘attacked’ by 3 dozen A-4, 28 A-7, CAP are 23 F/A-18 C for protection.
Each A-4 is carrying an anti-ship missile launched at 40 miles out, the return home. The A-7 have ‘bombs’ to drop on the ships. The aircraft came from one of 4 bases in Indonesia protecting transit lanes.
After that, 11 Chinese made A/S 800 fired at the fleet scoring hits and kills. SSGN got into the fight launching 36 Sub launched Harpoons.

The ROD Marines hopped aboard their assault ships last night. While circling Corsica, Americus, Balearic Islands to land Sat morning in Tunisadom, west of Tunis. Abrams, M60A3, LVTP-7 plus support vehicles in the training exercise. The Marines seem tired after 48 hours being on the offensive for the most part against Monacodom units at Ft. Chris.

The ROD appreciates the great training, both at sea and on the beach! They are tire indeed, but when facing a worthy opponent they keep pushing.

The exercise ended after dark. A few vehicles and their crews were not seen until 0200, a couple were located. Services being conducted at various locations.
Delighted to train with ROD Marines when opportunity arises. Clean up and loading will take place today and into Monday.
Tours of the growing business segment in Tunis will take place. The call centers are typically 4 stories tall, 50 meters by 100-200 meters long. Some have email units trying to find next of kin for their inheritance. One business works really hard to save animals: polar bears, save the whales, red woodpecker, dogs, etc. others try to find cures for medical conditions. Also to protect consumers from auto maintenance issues, home warranty on appliances, gutters that work, and vinyl winding/floors, etc.
What was interesting these building were targeted on every mission or sortie. Not sure why. Maybe because they are so large.

Indonesia & Malaysia
CoC army artillery forces set up firing positions as the ROD Carrier Battle Group 11 sailed by in the Strait of Malacca. The firing began with the width of the strait at 3 miles narrowing to 1.7 miles. At the narrowest point 120mm mortars were firing HE onto the decks of the carrier by visual sighting from the fire pits on the beach. ROD observers were mix among the fire teams.
Then the CWIS opened up to hit many of the incoming mortar rounds. The 5-inch guns opened fire on the artillery batteries.
It was glorious training for both groups to learn for in a different setting.
As the ships were sailing along a few miles further south ‘war canoes’ were carrying Indonesian locals waving at the crews on the ships.

Greenlanddom
The CoC has had a buildup of ships Nuut, There have been 4 frigates of the Type 23 class and 2 Perry Class FFGs, 2 DDGs of Type 45 and 2 of Burke Classes along with 8 landing ships, 4 of the New York Class, a LHD, 3 other smaller class ships. A landing is planned as a training exercise above the Arctic Circle. There are a dozen Pegasus & Hercules Class fast patrol boats and many smaller landing craft, the LCM-8 and LCM-9.
A couple of Coast Guard patrol craft have arrived on a barge a week ago that have been off-loaded for civilian traffic control and rescue in the cold waters.

Attacks on the ROD 2nd MEU Task Force took place by Air Force stationed in Indonesia.
Good training.
The next training will begin within hours as the CHIdom and Hong Kong defense groups of the Commonwealth of Chrisdom will begin their attacks. Perry FFG will be supported by F/A-18, A-6, EA-6. It will be the first use as an air wing by the J-10 purchased from China.

Ship for the task force are loading up supplies. Live ammunition is being loaded, all systems are being evaluated, updated if necessary. Ships Companies are being briefed on the communication and control for this operation.

The Mediterranean Sea
The ROD 2nd SHAM is expected to enter the Mediterranean Sea within a day or two. Fun training will begin. Egypt doesn’t care for the Commonwealth training attack while the receiving target is in the Suez Waterway. Gets people upset.
The fun fun will begin with the Country of Tripoli, just north of Israel starting off. Gun & missile boats with aircraft participating. The Chaikovia, western Turkey doing their bit. Heading west Corsica, Tripoli, Americus, etc. will all get their round to pound the ROD Marines & Navy.
. We will check for submarines, destroy them then ‘sink’ their fleet.
Great fun is expected. The Marines will be conducting fire fighting and damage control.

Mediterranean Sea
Northwest of the Suez Waterway, the ROD 2nd SHAM heads west.

Commonwealth SSN begin the targeting of the assault battle group.

The 2nd SHAM detects ‘enemy’ submarines, ... “Capt... sonar reports fish in the water. The DDG Capt. Janice Smith ordered to located the sub.... The reply, “which one Capt. there are over a dozen torpedoes coming after or task force ma’am.” Capt. Smith ordered Fire Control- targeting, plot and fire two Asrocs on the closest sub, then 2 others on the next SSN. Launch helos ASAP (maintain all safety protocols).





Capt. 3 dozen anti-ship missiles launched coming our way, submarines 10-15 nautical miles. Oh sh/t captain, guided cruise missile launch from a sub, 18 NM range. It appears all coming our way.

LHD: all 8 ASW helicopters launched from the escorts. 2 SH-60 have dropped Mk -46. 2 more dropped Mk-46, C4I indicate, cruiser is hit with 2 torpedoes and Harpoon, ... she’s ... gone. DDG Is hit, ... torpedo missed Mt Rockmont it’s targeting us, 10-12 seconds to impact. Destroyers are taking out missiles, some sinking noises of subs. The LPH is hi.......
ALARMs sounding..... hit by 6 Harpoons.

After this engagement the subs surface .... come into the ROD task force. Half the CIC. from each sub and half the COs and half the XOs of the subs will be picked up by LCS or Hercules Patrol craft carried to the LHD for bar-b-q then preliminary debrief of the engagement. Many were surprised that they are ‘dead’
