When I noticed the Balzac News Flash, panic ensued, thinking of an issue had arisen. Well one may arise yet. Good thing the Commonwealth states are in the Med.

The Commonwealth stands ready to provide more industrial, commercial and personal vehicles, equipment and capital goods. Of course, no military equipment can be offered at this time.
