Getting the table ready for my first Team Yankee game...

Post by Extra Crispy »

Just a couple shots of the table for a Team Yankee game next week. I'll be using my 6mm counters since I've decided not to spend the time and money for minis. I'll use the same table after that for a big WW2 game.

Still some finishing details to put on the table. Some flock and lichen to break up the green, some more small fields, some single trees (which are just window dressing and have no effect on game play).

The Soviets attack from the east. They have two smaller rivers and some low hills to clear, as well as quite a bit of rough ground. Their objective is to seize a military barracks outside a major city (top center in the first shot).

It will be a teaching game so we'll take it slow.
