With Team Yankee being released and the interest in the Cold War Gone Hot plus many of you that served during the Cold War. I thought I would share with y'all what's going on right now in Europe.
Since the Soviets, er... Russians. Rolled into the Crimean Peninsula USAREUR and NATO have seen an upswing in exercises, some announced and others no-notice dubbed "shock missions" and as of yesterday the largest exercise in Europe since the Cold War began. Anakonda 16 is the name and over 31,000 troops from 20+ nations are participating. And below are some links for those that wish to follow along with the exercise.
