My artillery units are supposed to have a "staff" stand. I'd like to make thse into little vignettes. Does anyone make good staff sets? I need tables, seated officers, couriers, etc. I can repurpose a bunch of infantry and I can get/make tents and vehicles...but would rather buy if possible.

One of the UK vendors makes a set of officers/HQ figures in their Soviet WW2 infantry line. You get figures holding maps, holding (but not looking through) binocs, etc. I believe there are some kneeling figures with commo gear too (radios? field phones?) . As I recall there is one sprue of these HQ figures with their WW2 infantry pack, so it's not so much unique figures but just the concentration of figures in the HQ pack. I don't recall anyone sitting on a seat or bench, or any tables.

Tables are easily enough scratch-built. I propose going for the look of a board set on top of barrels or ammo boxes. Easy enough to model, and common enough in the field.

My first such attempt, in this case a French artillery command post. I think separate tables for the map vs. the commo gear would have been good choices, and two or three chairs between 'em would have helped too. But it is what it is, and for gaming it seems good enough.
