How about GHQ have 2 or 3 models up for vote each month for this year starting in January and next year do 1 per month? Example poll 1 Ship 1 or Ship 2, poll 2 Tank 1 or Tank 2 and poll 3 Truck 1 or Truck 2. Voting ends the end of the month and new polls come out for voting.

Perhaps GHQ could publish the next year's proposed list and let us vote to prioritize the list.
