We are sorry that this has taken longer than we expected. We wanted to follow the guidelines that we laid out, and it was a little difficult because there were no clear consensus winners in the initial discussion thread. We went through the entire thread, and looked at the amount of discussion that was given to the different items. It was hard to just go with what people nominated because so many were changed. At this point we are comfortable that most people will agree that we have included the most discussed items in that thread. Please have NO discussion on this thread. We have started a companion thread that is for discussion/lobbying. There is only one vote allowed per forum member, and they cannot be changed once they are cast.
