If you go to the GHQ "free stuff" page, in the Modern Micro Armour section there is a link to country histories/TO&Es:

Have you checked there? Most of the info covers multiple decades.

Those are fine if you're using the GHQ rule system. They're no where close to an actual TO&E. If you use other rule systems or game 1 to 1 it might not be that helpful.
