CAMA and Pibber have both posted recently. Great notation.
Indeed!
I am in a period of Renaissance... after having liquidated almost everything, what remains?
GHQ. Always GHQ.
I’m currently working on Mali, Op. Serval; airbrush is on the Xmas wish list and thanks to being hit by a Purolator truck whilst riding my bike, a nice compressor and a new bike too.
Merry Christmas one and all.

You can't expect everybody to understand an Aussie's sense of humor, especially one as odd as yours, but tolerance IS suposed to be the name of the game in this country, despite the fact that it seems to have gone out of fashion. Your exile here was self-imposed. I see no reason you can't revoke it. Just be prepared. It has been rather dull around here. Even CofC seems to have backed off trying to run the world a bit.

Happy Holidays to you as well! Time to revoke the self imposed punishment and move forward.
Agreed... Tolerance is a lost art and quickly filled in with judgment.
Cheers

Welcome back Fireball.
Panzorgator.... I AM JUST misunderstood. Although I heard a rumor that North Korea, Syria, Cuba want to propose the mileage tax on shipping to raise the standard of living to a living lifestyle. Some of the figures they have thought according to sources is 1 Euro per Km each cargo ship sails with cargo, or 1 Euro for rack 1,000,000 euros of value for each Km traveled by cargo ships.

And who will enforce this violation of the principle of freedom of navigation? CofC? For a cut of the profit? Can you day "corruption?". Why am I not surprised this has reared its ugly head yet again? No doubt the undercover forces of CofC at work in those countries...

Fireball, "self-absorbed" we can stand. I prefer a little more stability. Your wife must have killed a bird with a stone when she was five. At any rate, it is time for you to goad GHQ into another contest for nominating next year's projects.

More likely just to relieve themselves of a pain in the... well, you know. Not to make you go away. Just to silence you for a while. Just kidding. No, Tom. It was a good idea. Generated traffic on the forum and gave them a good idea of what people interestwd enough to participate wanted to see. Hopefully, the sales justified the effort. I was hit hard by other expenses this year and havent held up my end of the deal, although I am hoping this next year will be better. We will see. Congress may have just diverted more of the family funding.
At any rate, have at it. It is still a good idea.
