Stuka Zu Fuss deployment?
Anyone know how the German "Stuka Zu Fuss" was deployed? Were they simply an upgrade to a half track assigned to other units, or did they operate as "batteries" so to speak?

I've seen them mentioned once in a KstN for armoured heavy mortar batteries. The allocation was sufficient for 2 Stuka zu Foss vehicles as well as the battery of 4 120mm mortars towed by halftracks. It does kinda make sense that they would be considered an adjunct to heavy mortars.
There may be other allocations but I haven't looked for them specifically, the mortar battery inclusion was a bonus!
