I think it’s still a little early. I’m thinking it’s more towards the end of the month before they post the new releases for the year..

I was referring to the new releases for April 30th. I realize the release list for the next 12 months are a ways off.

Kinda curious. Usually, they release at the end of the month or beginning of the next month..?

As much as it annoys me, I think they are waiting for the turnover of the specials before they make the new models live.

Which is real annoying because I'd rather not spend another 10.30 USD for shipping to AUS :?

Its kind of lame to post your release date and miss it, regardless of the reason. If there are release date conflicts, they should be mitigated by them and adjust appropriately.

LAME!!! :x

The person who takes the pictures must be on vacation...

Or something.

Poor Marketing

Poor Marketing on GHQ's part. What a turn off!!

There are still releases from long ago not painted yet.
I would love to see Stuka B, Me 110, Do 17, 109E and all the others painted.
It inspires me to see these models painted.
Come on GHQ ! Hire a good painter for your products. It really adds to the desire to buy them.

I would be satisfied with photos of the unpainted new releases. Three days late, they lost a sale this week

It's disappointing - they haven't increased the number of annual releases per year for a very long time and the posting of releases on time is getting worse year by year.

Come on guys, it’s tough. They’ve only had 10 months to prepare for the 30 April release since it was announced! That includes taking 6 photos... :?

And while we're at it - if they're not going to have a vote, at least take down the sticky from last year!

I'll probably get burned for my response but I really don't care.
This thread really is a turn off because of the the whiney posts here. GHQ is a small business not General Motors or Ford!
GHQ has been around for a LONG time. Are all of the employees in good health and able to perform at peak?
Any personal/family issues affecting them?
Are 10 to 15 models per month not enough? How long does it take to sculpt these amazing models and have the molds produced?
How many models does GHQ Models offer you compared to other companies?
I look forward to new releases each month but if there are no pictures up an 0001 Hrs on the first of the month the world will continue spinning. I don't understand the bashing of GHQ from some of you. Find something else to do! I,m 67 years old and installing an attic ventilator today in Georgia. Then I'll start moving all of my hobby equipment back into the house from my barn.

Life goes on......
I feel more like I do now than I did when I got here :}

Bruce,

I don't think anyone should "burn" you for giving your opinion. You are entitled to how you feel and have a right of voice your feelings. I think its important that you do and is healthy for people to consider your point of view and evaluate there stance in a litmus test manner.

I think we can all agree that the world will not come to an end and all of us will go about our lives without any effect to our life. I for one, will not decrease my loyal patronage of the company and product. Furthermore, I think no one can question there superior models and the incredible amount of new releases that they put forth every year. They are, by far, the finest miniatures at this scale on the market today. However, The quality of the models and the amount they create in a year have nothing to do with this issue..

The fact is, they set the schedule and they do so every year and they know what it takes to do it. They can adjust the release schedules and the manner in which they do it, so they can meet the deadlines that they set for themselves. Its not the customer that set the deadline, it was GHQ itself. In addition, I think people look forward to the release dates and its fun to have the buildup to seeing what is new and what they have done.

To that end, I don't think there is a problem with people letting GHQ know that they dropped the ball, no matter how insignificant. Its not like everyone is at the gates of the castle looking to behead someone. I think letting GHQ know that when they drop the ball for all things big and small help them keep there quality and excellent customer service, better than any other company out there. I think the only the reason why we post anything on this subject is because of our love and admiration for the company and its products. Maybe I am being overly dramatic, but that is one of my core competencies.

Keep posting your opinion on all subjects regardless of stance. The world could use as many healthy discussions so that we can all grow as individuals and a community.

Cut to me picking up my soap box and exiting the room with one final remark.

LONG LIVE GHQ AND LONG LIVE THERE MINIATURES!!!!!

P.S. If you re-read my original comment, it was meant to be fun prodding about the delay.. not a means of severe displeasure. I think most if not all the comments were similar.

I agree we should cut GHQ a brake. They produce many great models every year.
i am sure they will get the new models posted as soon as they can.
