The Opel with the AA is awsome!

I’m afraid not a lot excites me here. The Jackal and the ZBL-08 is about it.

Still no AMV or Cold War British infantry which I thought would be a good chance. Very disappointing!

A little bit of something for many folks, but no modern USN, no new 10mm, no significant US WWII 1/285 is a downer

USN WWII does get a couple of nice selections (Idaho and T2)

Oh ! Sad list for me
no significant WWII models, no cold war aera models (vietnam, Korea) too
- Humber Mk I : no need.
- Pz IA : no need.
- Opel blitz AA : why not, but not essential to my point of view )
- Morane-Saulnier M.S. 406 : why not. (I don't play France 1940... )
- Marmon Harrington Mk. III : interesting model for desert battles (but I don't play africa yet, maybe later...)
- GMC CCKW353 with Bofors 40mm : use only by French army of liberation 1944-45. Why not (but not essential)

I believe there are so much new modern equipments in a number of countries around the world today that GHQ has made sure to fill the gaps, in emergencies, in its range of vehicles of the present time this year. This will allow current strategists or military instructors to have recent mini figures to handle in military practices.
Even if this list shows that is not the year of the WWII or Cold war, GHQ is still making a crazy job to create and release all these novelties ! It's impressive once again !

No WWII, vietnam or korea models : no luck for me this year . Too bad, I'll wait until next year.

It appears to me to be the year of combat support vehicles. A year of filling in gaps, perhaps. Probably needed. Well, all my money has been going to an institution of higher learning of lare. I am forced into the role of non-participating observer, anyway. This, too, shall pass.

Thanks for posting the list! I have been anxiously waiting to see the list, and wasn't worried and knew that that it would show up some time around now. I think that it looks good. The Sabra and T-90 Tagil are big ones for me. The HX trucks will fill in for quite a few countries. It looks like the modern Brits are getting quite a few goodies, and the Germans too. The bridger and ARV will be nice additions to the Germans, they don't have anything like that now. The Russians have a few good ones- I'll especially like to see the Su 24 and 30! The WWII line is already really vast, and those items look like they fit in well with everything else. The ships aren't my biggest interest, but it looks like those are spread around pretty well.

Overall I think that the list looks good, and fills in a lot of holes for a lot of different people!

It's good to see another dozen Micronauts. I won't be getting any of the modern types or the Argus, but the others are on my shopping list. More details later.

I'm not doing 1/285-scale at the moment but I will have comments on some of the offerings.

No sooner than I posted on the other 2018-19 release thread, than I look, and see the list here!

I don't want to start a flame war here, but I always wonder why some people list things item by item, and say that they aren't interested in them. I don't understand what the intention is. I do enjoy the posts when people list off the things that interest them, and give reasons why because often times those people know more than I do about it, and it gets my wheels turning in my head.

With that being said there are quite a few things that look good to me. For the ships the tankers expand the offerings to give varied targets, and give more different looks to convoys. I like the modern choices too, especially the Albion, this fills a nice hole in the British navy.

The WWII items aren't numerous, but I can understand that because the WWII line is so huge, and there are a lot of things to fill in with the early and post cold war. The AA Opel Blitz should be a nice model, The Pz IA expands the really early war offerings which I think is helpful. The Flossacke is not something that I would have expected, but is one of those things that gets the wheels spinning in my head about how to use it.

For the moderns I am happy with the aircraft. The Rafale is nice because it gives the French more air power, but it also helps push the Indian and Egyptian forces. The Su-30 is also used in large numbers by India. With that being said last year we got a couple of Indian tanks, there is some other equipment that they use available, and the FH77 is used by Sweden and India and a few others. All of these things make putting together an Indian force much more possible, which is important because they are likely to be a player in several scenarios. The Su-24 and 30 are both used by quite a few countries that are likely players in many conflicts.

As previous posters have noted there is a lot of fill in equipment for the British, Russians, and Germans, Some of these things aren't necessarily the most exciting, but they do "fill in holes", and some of them are used by other countries as well. It looks like there may be a push made to bring the Italians up to speed with the last couple years and some on this list.

This has probably run longer than I had planned, but I wanted to back up what I had said initially.

I understand that this may not be the most exciting list for everyone, but this should fill in a lot of things for a lot of forces, and I think that makes it a really useful list of releases.

After looking through the list one more time I just realized that I didn't even mention the T-90 MS Tagil and the M60 Sabra. Both of those are really big, and I would think get a lot of people excited. Now I will have to look into what else I will need for the Turks...the wheels are spinning! I'll probably spend some time this weekend looking up some of these that I am not familiar with and see what else that I can learn about.

I wonder which variant of the North Korean Pokpung-Ho MBT we will get? Pretty excited by more North Korean kit. I also like the emphasis on new modern gear.

The Flossacke 34 assault boats would be awesome if they came with decking to turn them into a ferry, or pontoon bridge. These will be great for France ‘40.
