looking for a painting diagram that shows top and rear of Puma in Nato three color camo

Find some pictures of the Puma IFV and paint the models for these pictures. That's how I do it.
Unfortunately, the link is missing the Puma. If you have other Bundeswehr vehicles, maybe he can help you.

Plenty of images on internet. Search on German Puma IFV.

I should have mentioned that I havel the pictures from the internet and am also aware of Panzerbaer and that the black and green colors on the French vehicle diagrams are reversed. Unfortunately pictures from the internet do not show the top rear of the vehicle and those that show the top front are at an angle. Also the ones I have found of the rear are incomplete or obscured.

That was the best one that I found, also. It would have been perfect if they had the rear hatch closed.
