Wargamers in the GTA?

Post by MeVz »

Hi all!

I've been looking for wargamers East of Hogtown, preferably Modern (armour) wargamers or those willing to play it.
Pretty new to 6mm models, but I know there are groups in the west GTA, however, those are too far for me to go regularly.

Most gamers in the eastend I know tend to only play fantasy games like Warhammer, Infinity, and [not] X-Wing.
And I've seen Flames of War and Team Yankee sold in my local store, but it's a mystery as to who buys them.

So please give me a shout out if you're in the East Greater Toronto Area!

I am north of the GTA but willing to travel. I play a wide range of minis and games. Presently a few of us are getting going in WWII micro armour. I have a new interest in Soviet Afghan war period. I have lots of "modern" micro armour from 30 years ago! Are you talking land, air or naval gaming?

PM me with contact info.

Im from Alberta, and I do have a GHQ Canadian Army, but I mostly use it for playing BattleTech ether at home or at the Sentry Box in Calgary, but if I can find the GHQ rules, yea I can play with you if a trip to GTA is possible.

Land gaming -- I have small, present-day Canadian and Japanese armour and infantry contingents. Haven't played any real games, but I was learning the rule set, "Modern Armor"
