Cats Paw Island
After finishing things up here, HMCS Nunavut has set sail back to NC to complete the 1st and rather uneventful Atlantic Patrol with the brand new ship. though now we have a problem of the fact that the ship has nearly double the capacity onboard due to the presence of so called "Cat Girls" who somehow stowed away onboard the ship while still at port. They will be sent back via Sea-King helicopter to Cats Paw Island before the ship heads out into international waters.

CFB Wainwright
Meanwhile at Home a bunch of off duty tank crewman from the Lord Strathcona's Horse where caught, after breaking into the barracks at the base stole a Leopard 2A6M from Long term storage, and took it out for a Joy Ride, doing doughnuts around the training area before accidentally flipping the Tank over on its side and damaging the turret. The crewman's tank driving status has been revoked due to this incident.

Southern Manitoba
The NCAF is deploying troops on a humanitarian aid mission to help the flood stricken Areas of Southern Manitoba after higher then normal rains washed out the roads. Aid from the Feline Confederation and the Outboard Islands are expected to arrive later this week. A message has been sent to the ROD to send their nearest SHAM units to Manitoba.

The SHAM isn't a viable option, but the ROD can send assistance by aircraft from the home island. What do you need? Engineering support? Logistical support? Medical support? Food, water, and medical supplies?

Is Richardson International Airport open for us to fly into? If not we will need to find another airport that can handle C-5s and C-17s. We can get a couple flights in tomorrow evening with a small medical team, some bulldozers, and supplies. The following day we can start to bring more dozers and backhoes, some trucks to move supplies, and a few helicopters. We won't be able to bring any ships in, so the helicopters will have to come in by C-5.

It looks like the airport is intact so you can land your planes there.

With the Establishment of the C&C Centre on Cats Paw Island, A new organized command structure has been created to take advantage of this system.

C&C Command
Only Senior officers from the Colonel Rank up to General Rank (Or equivalent rank from other 2 pact nations) will remain in the C&C centre to command their forces anywhere around the globe, while ensuring that the chain of command is safe from being compromised.

Field Command
Officers from the Lieutenant up to the rank of Lt Colonel will be the only officers that will take command of the forces on the frontlines during any military operation and to keep the enlisted ranks in line.

This Command organization is then split up into 3 independently run departments dedicated each of the 3 major branch’s of the nations militaries with C&C Administration staff handling logistics, Relaying and Sending orders, and helping to plan out new Tactics and Strategies during any military Campaign's.

Observing the ROD and RPNWs Operation Manifold, has prompted the naval Commanders of NC, Outboard Islands, and the Feline Confederation, to plan out a similar Amphibious Exercise based on that operation currently unfolding, however NCs Amphibious fleet is still in its infancy, as they don't have any proper Amphibious Assault ships yet, but they do have 30 Arisgator AAVs in their inventory. As Such for the time being, they will work with the Felinesmarine's 1. Amphibus-Flottengruppe onboard the Ropucha-class landing ships FMS LS-48, and FMS LS-52.

In a first major step forward in the NC Army, it was announced that they will finally put an end to the years long idea of separating leadership from their army units and work towards integrating them with the rank and file. LT Kale will be paving the way forward towards this major reform.
