Shelia from Action News at WSE-XY TV reporting that ROD military forces are helping the citizens of NC from the flooding.
Helicopters as these and others have been flying for a couple of days. All day today and through the night. The ROD Navy are being the best World Citizens helping so much. Even better than countries as CHI, PRNW, Gator State, NC, and of course better than the CoC.

The NCAF would like to introduce, our first successful Electronic Warfare aircraft, the CEF-101 Electric Voodoo, she will become active with the No 414 squadron of 3 Wing Bagotville. providing the NCAF with the much needed counter against Electronic Warfare.

Glad to see the NCAF expanding its capabilities by getting into electronic warfare.

Thanks. though this will be the only EW aircraft in 414 squadron in service since it is a EWS unit, the rest of the time they use the Dassault/Dornier Alpha Jets for jet training purposes.

CFB Comox BC.
A combined NC/Outboard islands training flight has took off in order to test out the NCAFs new EF-101 Electric Voodoo on her maiden flight. The Outboard Islands pilots are a little superstitious about this whole "Electronic Warfare" thing, calling it a form of black magic, after that whole incident with the KDF aircraft months earlier. The Outboard pilots prayed that the Voodoo will not disrupt their radar.

In a effort to improve the handling of POWs, the NCAF established the Department of Prisoners Of War Handling. Working with the Military Police, this Department will handle the, organizing, incarceration, Transportation, and Information Extraction from POWs during any military operations that the NCAF is conducting.

The RCAF not wanting to be left without a strike aircraft and also wanting to compete aginest the RCN Fleet Air Arms CF-14 Tomcat, selected Northrop's A-9 (designated as CA-9 Grey Wolf) to be their strike Aircraft. The initial batch of 2 CA-9s will be delivered just before Christmas. (GM's note hopefully the GPPL's 3D printer can get them printed in time.)

At a bar in Kamloops, Kale a Lieutenant in the NCAF is sitting down at the table having a few beers after he was given overall command of the NCAFs aid mission in southern BC earlier this month. his fellow soldiers are also present at table with him.

(Kale): "Ugh, man that was a rough operation for me, and felt a little awkward when the ROD showed up in the area. Especially after since acquiring that Officer rank."
(NC Solider): "Say Kale, how did you get that rank anyway?"
(Kale): "Well I got this rank, mostly due to being the closest person nearby with any sort of talent and Boom became a Officer. As far as leadership skills are considered its mostly on the job until I require enough funds needed to enter the Officers Academy for proper training."
(NC Solider): "Well cheers to you Kale, as it looks like you might be in for a rough time at the Academy."

Doesn’t the NC have any Staff and/or Command Colleges: courses for junior, mid, and/or senior officers?
The US has two professional schools at Ft. Leslie McNair, one is National Defense University Marshall Hall, the other is geared more for civil service. Then Ft. Leavenworth. There are slots for others, foreign nationals. Tuition is about $70,000-80,000 for the one year program, paid by the sponsor.

Does the NC charge for officers, NCOs to attend a school?

The NCO will have to pay $500,000 out if their own pocket in order to go to the NCs Officer Academy.

So is Lt Kale allowed to receive a monetary gift from a foreign Government to help pay his way?

The Karma Guards Regiment maybe interested in providing a bursary.
Last year they sponsored an eagle, two dogs, a home for an old beaver and the uniform for a donkey of an Engineer Regiment.
Just an idea.

Thats not allowed, as the NC Officers Academy does not accept money from foreign countries. Kale will have to receive a bursary from the Royal Bank of Canada.
