. The Military Board of Inquiry have handed down 8 more indictments against Officers for “lack of command”, “effecting a disturbance, riot or other action that causes a breakdown in leadership and command “. Recommend arrest, criminal charges to be followed with prison terms of no less that 4 years, reduction in rank to E-1, and Dishonorable Discharge, half pay, if found guilty.
For 27 Enlisted personnel, Recommend Dishonorable Discharge upon accepting this decision of submitting their request to leave the NC Navy. If NCO, reduced in rank to E-1, 3 months labor, then Dishonorable Discharge. Present the evidence to the Enlisted and NCO personnel and their JAG representative. If they wish to have a trial, then upon guilty verdict, 2 years prison, at half pay.

The NC legal system is getting more specific and tough. Not enough for the Maple Company, I keep thinking it is a syrup product for breakfast.
I think some yard arm hangin', walkin' the plank, or similar would be better. BUT, they are not asking me. Dang.

If you are referring to the Ex operators from the now disbanded Black Maple Company unit. Its the best we can do as far as punishments go. But New Canada will never again concider forming another Spec Ops unit after what just happened.

All of the equipment, weapons and vehicles used by the former Spec Ops unit, will be sent for scrapping. also the Spec Ops training areas in Petawawa BC, and Dwyer Hill Ontario, is slated to be demolished by civilian contracted firms.

Health Karma is following up on reports of a new mutated strain of Covid in Eastern NC.
The origin is not confirmed but the thinking is it may be passed on by handling Sea Bass.
The Government advises the few remaining Karmanaskis citizens within NC to avoid all travel to any port, harbour or Naval facility until more is known.

Health Canada is responding to Health Karma's report on the COVID infected Sea Bass in the Eastern Provinces, and issued a warning to the fishing industry to cease fishing and processing Sea Bass. A recall order is issued to all the grocery stores in NC to remove Sea Bass from store shelves, where Heath Canada reps in hazmat suits will take them to be destroyed. All RCN bases are on high alert for this mutated strain of COVID.

Health Karma has ruled out the Sea Bass as being any kind of health problem.
It also now seems unlikely that there is any new strain of Covid at play here.
Misreported cases of a virulent form of Matelot crotch itch stemming from a Halifax tavern might be the culprit.
Just to be on the safe side.
Until more is known, the Karma Government is telling it's citizens to continue to avoid all travel to any port, harbour or Naval facility in East or Western NC.

The Sea Bass is fine.

Karma just wishes to protect its few citizens in NC from any harm. You know attacks by wild fish, Wolverine etc.

Health Canada upon hearing of Karma's report that Sea Bass is no longer a health concern, the recall issue has been canceled and the fishing industry has been notified to return to processing Sea Bass again.

NC New Fighter Competition.
The competition ended with a no contest without replacement for the aging CF-18s, as the last two finalists, the Eurofighter Typhoon, and the F/A-18 Super Hornet has since pulled out of the competition.

NC officers trial over the ROD LHD incident.
After a trial that has lasted for a few days. the NCAF tribunal, has found the 19 Officers and 27 NCOs from the RCN who where responsible for ordering the Merc unit to attack the ROD LHD incident last year guilty of this horrible crime. They are sentenced to 4 years in prison with a dishonorable discharge from the military, and their ranks will be stripped away from them. Finally justice has been served.

I think the final judgement will arrive at a time and place of the RODs choosing.
Probably at night and by winged messenger....

Oh, Karmanaskis may have plans to follow in on the hoped ‘winged messenger’ by ROD.
KDF might become the K Offensive (which they are, highly offensive) Force for the attack. NC is weak militarily in all aspects: armored and mechanized units, naval forces and air power. KDF outnumbers the NC Military by 4 or 5 to 1. The qualitative is even a bigger margin, significant differences in capabilities. ROD military qualitative and quantitative advantages are significant when compared to NC’s military.
The CoC base, Bletcher Island, in NC is purposeful to help NC with the incursions of EE. Last Sunday night Monday morning a P-3 out on Greenlanddom, was tracking an Alpha in northern NC was finally able to drop buoys on it and ‘ping’ it loud and clear. The P-3 air crew said they had such a reading that they could detect at least 57 different heart beats. It left NC territorial waters within 8 minutes heading under the polar ice cap.

It looks like the ROD has already passed their judgement in a peaceful way. As one of our Coastal Radar stations in Nova Scotia, reported that the ROD fleet in the Atlantic, is heading south south east, away from the coast of Atlantic Canada. Looks like where in the clear.

In the aftermath of the Trial, the NCAF is going to do an extensive rework of the systems used to acquire people in the leadership positions in both the Officer and NCO Corps in all three branches of the military in a effort to remove the problems that lead to this incident last year. The 2 most notable points of interest the NCAF needs to address in this rework is.

1. Acquiring more knowledgeable and experienced people for the job.
2. What placement system will work the best to place the right people in the right position.
