No flat tires Chris, though the only vehicle left that needs to be painted is the LAV MASH. I’m not sure if I should try to paint the Red Cross on the vehicle or should I grab a Red Cross decal?

NCAF Council changing of the guard.
After nearly a month since the changing of the guard started, only 72 Officers have passed the first round of written tests and are moving on to the second round of written tests in early May. The final 24 Officers will be announced upon the conclusion of the final round in late June.

Will there be a report of all going to the latrine? Or will there be a report for each individual sojourn to the latrine?

To answer redlegs post, im not completely replacing the Scout units in the NC army with drones. As the reserve force will still have their Scout units serving as backup.

Speaking of reserve units heres a 2021 TO&E for them. Most of these NC reserve units are made up of only 1 Battalion so this will fit with all of them.

Unmanned Scout Platoon Program.

With Drones replacing Scouts in the NC Army's regular force units, a new program is being taught at the NC drone operator school to teach drone operators how to operate their UAVs and UGVs like a Scout Platoon its replacing. The Idea behind this program is that UGV drones like the Nerva LG having a smaller profile can easily infiltrate behind enemy lines to monitor enemy activity more effectively without being spotted, while the RQ-11 Ravens can track enemy movements from the sky which will help the UGVs move into a better position.

CFB Lahr Germany C&C room.
An Allied Command section is being established at the C&C Room in Lahr Germany, so that commanders from Allied Nations can use this high tech facility to command their forces during any military operations. The section is expected to be completed by this weekend once all the equipment and computer terminals are setup.

What about operations that we are engaged in at some other sector of the world ... say China, in Central Africa, S.E. Asia? Is that command facility redundant? Or is it a facility for NC?

It is redundant yes. As the facility uses Satellite Communications to command troops all over the globe. Which means you can command your troops in Central Africa, S.E Asia, and China all the way here in Lahr Germany in a centralized format.

Those working in the cmd center bunker in Lahr, GE, would they know what the weather is like in China, its effects on the battlefield and area. Would it know which bridges are knocked out, the tonnage permitted on each bridge. Would any of the leaders or support techs in Lahr, GE walk/drive the area. talk with the troops, visit those that were wounded? Would the staff in the bunker be able to visit logistics to understand the bottlenecks, the issues, the problems facing the supply?

Has the NC government moved the Executive Branch to Lahr, GE to command the citizens of NC? They should.

The Commanders would know what’s going on the battlefield via Satellite imaging, Drone Footage, and Reports sent digitally from the troops on the front lines, which will show up on the centers main screen which also displays a wire frame map of the Operational Theater.

This innovative Command system will help bring the NCAF into the 21st Century, and become our greatest force multiplier aginest the Eurasian Empire.

Are you aware that satellites are not all in geosynchronous orbit? That means that satellites imaging would have dark spots. If I remember correctly, satelite orbit once every 90 minutes or so. Depends on orbit, but not something you could depend on. This is how Russia was able to use an inflatable sub to decoy the Satelites.

Drones could be jammed or disabled, especially from a super power like the EE. Communication can be jammed. You need commanders on the ground so that you can make quick decisions.

You lost against the EE because you have no tactics.
