A question for the experts

I'm working on my modern Russian infantry heavy weapons. I'm at a loss to identify one of the figures. The pack states it comes with ATGM, mortar, LMGs, laser designator and SA-23. I've got most of those though I think I glued my MANPAD tubes to regular infantry (I need to break out the magnifier to confirm). My question is this, what is this exactly:

It's a really large tripod with a single crew kneeling behind it. I've gone over everything I can on Russian weapons but can't find anything like this. Also, it has a tiny mounting point so I'm thinking it may be missing a piece. It's not the kornet or laser designator as I have those. Just hoping someone can help ID this for me.

EDIT: just checked and yup, I glued the manpads to guys holding binoculars. I seem to have a lot of guys holding binoculars but no one that looks like they should be holding a manpad.
