Some discussion at 87th.org.il.
Search on "Israeli armored reconnaissance company organization."
And look for images 73 war.

I didn't see any detailed organization info, but this is a pretty interesting read about the development of reconnaissance units and there is a section on Israeli recon.

I have some old SPI wargame magazines that I inherited. I'll dig through them and see if there is any info on the Israelis.

This isn't specifically 1967, and I have only skimmed it, but this has some great info for Israel in the early 1970's.

I checked my stash of Strategy and Tactics, but the only thing I found was from the 1973 war and it only mentioned recon companies of 20 jeeps. Sorry.

The Israelis are reluctant to discuss or publish much about their organization.

I forgot where I found this but it was handwritten in my wargaming notebook:

Israeli Armored Recon Battalion

Bn HQ
3 Tanks, 4 APCs

Recon Company x 3
HQ
1 Tank, 2 APCs
Tank Platoon x 2
3 Tanks
Mech Infantry Platoon x 2
3 APCs
3 Squads each with
2 MG
1 Mortar
1 Bazooka

Recon Company
HQ
2 Jeeps, 2 Trucks, 2 MGs
Recon Platoon x 4
4 MG Jeeps, 1 Mortar

I believe this was for the 73 war, but I suspect that for 67 you could substitute AMX 13s or jeeps with recoilless rifles for the tanks and halftracks for the APCs and you wouldn't be too far off.
