Orders and delivery

Post by rdenman62 »

Just a question on ordering and delivery from GHQ. I placed an order the other day but have yet to recieve a confirmation. I also did not see an order number on the invoice. Now it’s been a long time since I ordered anything from GHQ so am just curious why I haven’t recieved a confirmation. Also how long does it take to get your items once the order is placed? Is this how they normally operate? I guess I’m just used to receiving a confirmation and a tracking number. Not complaining just would like to know

I have had a mixed experience. Most times, I get a confirmation almost immediately. THey typically do not charge your card until it ships. However, even though my experience has been pretty consistent, One order, not so long ago, was not as good. I placed my order and I did not get confirmation or a tracking order in my email. In addition, they did not charge my credit card for almost 1.5 weeks and then took another week before I got a tracking email. In the end it took them over three weeks to fill the order. I had sent several emails and got no response in the begging and then something toward the end. In the end, the order got filled and all was well. This is a tuff time for them, being that they are small company. I typically take a screen shot of my confirmed order that I see on there website once the transaction is complete. That way if I don't see anything I have that to fall back on.

My oppinion would be to give them a week and if you have not heard anything, I would send them an email with your order. I am assuming this was a black Friday purchase.

GHQ is a great company with great customer service.. I am sure in the end they will do right by that.

I have never had an order not arrive and shipping to Australia has been pretty quick unless it is sale time.

However, I have not received an email confirmation after placing the order for a few years now. I queried this with GHQ by email but received no reply.

Still waiting no reply no order number..no confirmation..nothing..but my credit card hasn’t been charged either. So either they never got my order or they are extremely slow in processing orders. Either way I feel it’s poor customer service to not answer email or provide a confirmation.

I understand your frustrations with your order. Like I said, I had a similar thing. All I can say, it's a glitch in what is normally the best customer service I have ever had with a single company. With that said, my only glitch with them was a similar experience and though it took a while, 3 week's total, they did make it happen. The black Friday period seems to be there ruffes time. I think with my glitch it took several emails before it happened. Stick with it. They eventually made things right. Atleast in my experience.

The last order I did took awhile before anything seemed to happen and then BOOM! Card was charged, confirmation received and just a few days later - the order was here...

nashorn88--- show off. LOL.

I have never had that happen.. In part, I believe its because I am in the Pacific Northwest, but next day.. wow. I think the fastest I have ever got an order is in three days. And that is only if I ordered it on a Monday..

Friday, November 29: Ordered 52 packs of Micronauts.
Tuesday, December 03: Package accepted by USPS.
Wednesday, December 04: Package delivered to my doorstep.

Seems like pretty good service to me.

Yeah Black Friday could be holding up your order. It takes time for such a small operation to handle it all. Longest I've waited for an order to start processing was almost two weeks but once they charged my card it moved really fast. I hated the wait but loved the toys. :D
