Redleg, thank you.
The Baltic Alliance is ready in the event NC attacks. He says he won't, but best be prepared as PG says.
Maybe need to watch out in Iceland-dom and Greenland-dom in the event NC wants some more dirt. The crazy and unpredictable are the ones to watch out for.

Copying this, stealing the process.

The bases BTW are done as follows:

1. Glue figures to card base.
2. Apply filler to blend in with figure bases.
3. Apply diluted PVA glue and sprinkle with sand.
4. Paint with Humbrol 80 (Grass Green).
5. Wash with Games Workshop Nuln Oil.
6. Dry Brush Humbrol 80 and other light greens. In irregular patches not all over.
7. Dry brush with Humbrol 94 (Brown Yellow).
8. Add clumps of Woodland Scenics Light Green Coarse Turf (soaked in diluted PVA).
9. Matt Varnish.
