Brit Swordfish coming out of a cloud bank spot two German cruisers in the North Atlantic

Getting a closer look, the recon pilot goes low so the photographer, who is a real fireball after all, can take another picture for the Royal Navy.

Er, wouldn't a Swordfish need a time machine to sink those 2 German WW1 Battlecruisers? They look good, either way.

I am sorry for the story, my fault. I don’t know the ship.
Are those ships part of the barrier at Scapa Flow?

Yes, both were scuttled at Scapa Flow. One of Seydlitz's 15cm guns was removed in 1916 and used on the Raider Kormoran in WW2 so I was only 99% right on the Swordfish comment!

Excellent job on the painted ships! I really like the bases you used too. Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Nice work on both the ships and the tanks. I have a lot of WW 1 German ships waiting in the wings on the workbench. What color/paint did you use?

Fireball,

I encourage you to look at imageshack. They do charge for their premium service, it's $18 annually in the US. To me the premium service is worth the nominal charge because you get unlimited storage and third party hosting, which is what happens when you want to post pictures on a third party website, plus there are no ads, no pop-ups, no tracking or selling of data, plus I spill more than $18 worth of beer a year.

It is super easy to use, take the picture, upload it to the app or the website, select the picture as well as what size and how you want it formatted, i.e. for a forum and then edit copy. Log into the forum, select post reply and click edit paste. Easy- peasy.

There is no such thing as free, as we learned with photo bucket and a couple of others, it's only free as long as they can make revenue off of you indirectly. I don't have a problem paying for a service that performs well and meets my needs. Their service is good as well. I had one glitch where photos weren't uploading completely. One email to their service team and it was resolved in a day.
