Working on my camo. A brown wash is the next step which should tone down the brown a bit.

Thanks. Got the base colors and a brown wash down today. I'm overall pretty pleased. Copying the camo was not as hard as I first thought it might be....I mean, close enough for gummint work, right?

Looks good to me! You can always hit it with some heavy weathering or stowage to hide any variance

Are those M60s going to mix it up with the T64 Brigade?

Honestly not sure the regiment will ever see a table. What rules out there will let you put 100 tanks on the table and not take a week to play? LOL

Plus those M60s need a LOT of friends, which I have, but have not re-painted yet. My American collection is hand me downs and a few Ebay wins so needs its own re-organization and refit (next project).

Combined Arms.
I’ve run games with 100 T-80 plus BMPs, etc attacking 30 M1A2 and M2, all at a friends house.
Historicon, 7 1/2 by 32 or so… 150 T-80 attack 45 Abrams , etc. Next day had 100 Abrams attack 96 tanks.
GHQ even gave out some gift cards to Award Winner. Thank you GHQ.

Chris,

How old are those M60s, they have the Israeli style cupola...?

I have a company of those floating around in various camo schemes.

I probably painted them about 1995 +/-. 26 years ago…..
I hide them in a drawer with YPR-765 on top of them.

Finally finished 3d Battalion - 185th Armor (California National Guard) circa 1995. This is part of my DD-214 project, and probably the last M60s I'll be painting for a while (at least that's my plan. I have a few surplus M60s around but they're not allocated to any particular unit).
