Hi Hoth! Yes, GHQ does have very good service.
Thanks very much, Chris! I am currently working on some Panther Ds to add to the collection.

Hi Burt
I have 1 pack of 4 Dianas from GHQ. I will be painting the group at some point...maybe later this year. I am currently working on 7 Panther Ds for my Russian Front ca. 1943 but also looking at doing more Italians, British, and Germans for North Africa. There were 9 of these produced so I have about half of the total production. They are a cool looking vehicle.

Here are some pictures of my WWII American infantry. I have a company right now along with some of the battalion assets such as 81mm mortars and the 57mm AT guns. The figures are all by GHQ and come from their Individual Infantry #1 and #2, the Heavy Weapons Pack, the old Heavy Weapons pack for the .30 cal MGs and 81mm Mortars, the Light Anti-Tank Weapons pack for the bazooka teams , and the 57mm AT guns.

Wow Pete! Mind blown - those grunts look awesome! Do you use the same basic process for painting infantry that you do for tanks? Same wash and dry brush techniques? I have never done anything special for my infantry and I'm getting ready to try a wash on some. Any tips you can share?

I second redleg's thoughts, Wow, those look great. Hopefully my German paratroopers come out half as good. Due tell on method.

Thanks very much, Redleg, Hoth, Chrisswim, and Burt! I really appreciate it.
Believe it or not, I actually do paint the chinstraps on helmets. LOL!
I will give a step by step description of how I paint my infantry on this thread in the very near future. Stay tuned!

Re: Pete's Place
Here is my WWII Russian infantry. I have 2 rifle companies, an SMG company, and some battalion and regimental assets. I am missing a few things like more 50mm mortars, 82mm mortars, and a few command stands. Most of these are GHQ with a few individual figures by 2D6 including the Russian officer kneeling with the map. These are based for Mein Panzer but can be used for other rules sets I'm sure.

Great looking infantry Pete! Superb painting!
Just for my own education: the Russians had separate rifle and SMG companies? Did they mix rifle and SMG companies in the same infantry battalion?
